Welcome to our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit on the 17th floor with unmatched Gulf views and a huge corner balcony. This is our personal vacation home, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, relaxation, and style.

Enjoy a fully tiled interior, cool and clean year-round, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a large fridge/freezer. The living room includes a 62” TV with Roku, cable, and Blu-ray, plus handmade mosaic and leather furniture for a cozy, upscale vibe.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Master bedroom: King bed, 55" streaming TV, balcony access, en-suite bathroom

• Guest bedroom: Queen bed, rollaway bed, 32" wall-mounted TV, and its own full bath

• Indoor/outdoor oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym with ocean views

• Two assigned parking spots: one under the building, one in underground garage across the street

• Full-size washer and separate dryer in-unit

Located close to Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier dining, shopping, and entertainment hub. Just 15 minutes from the airport, with shuttle and public transport options nearby—though we recommend a car for convenience.

Please Note:

• Minimum rental age: 25+ only (HOA rule, strictly enforced)

• Parking pass: one parking comes with rental, payment. second parking is $45 per car, per stay

Truvi insurance

Guest Verification & Damage Waiver

• Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Truvi. This step helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations while offering added protection for both our guests and properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text — please complete the verification before check-in for a smooth arrival experience.
• In addition, you’ll be asked to pay a non-refundable one-time damage waiver of $/€35 (depending on the property’s location). This waiver replaces a traditional $/€500 security deposit and provides coverage for accidental damage up to that amount during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
• If accidental damage occurs totaling $500/€500 or less, it will be covered by Truvi insurance — no action is needed on your part.
