This step helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations while offering added protection for both our guests and properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text — please complete the verification before check-in for a smooth arrival experience.
• In addition, you’ll be asked to pay a non-refundable one-time damage waiver of $/€35 (depending on the property’s location). This waiver replaces a traditional $/€500 security deposit and provides coverage for accidental damage up to that amount during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
• If accidental damage occurs totaling $500/€500 or less, it will be covered by Truvi insurance — no action is needed on your part.

Irina and David's house is a homey beach cottage in a cute and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect space for a reunion with 9 girlfriends; the beds were spacious and comfortable, the grill was in excellent condition, there was plenty of parking, there was plenty of seating space in the living/kitchen area. The location was also great, only a short 5 minute drive to beach parking. Best of all, David was extremely responsive and flexible! We were able to check-in early and check-out late, making our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again!
